The Posey/Posley family begins like any other beautiful love story.
The love of Ben and Julia Posey is the reason we all can enjoy our family history. This love brought into the world David Posey born in West Point, Mississippi.
The love of David and Mahalia Abercrombie Posey brought into the world twelve beautiful children. These siblings are Garfield Posey, Ada Posey, John Q. Posey, Allen Posey, Wilbert Posey, Prince Posley, David Posley, Adolphus Posley, Every Lee Posey, Pinkie Mae Posey, Mary Pearl Posley, and Annie Ruth Posley.
From these offsprings come many many beautiful children and the lineage goes on. Some of us were blessed to love and to have been loved by David Posey. Those of you who were not that fortunate to have known David Posey are the recipients of his love through your parents, grandparents, brothers, sisters, uncles, aunt, nephews, nieces, and cousins.
May God continue to bless each Posey/Posley generations present, and the future generations to come with the love that started from the beginning with Ben and Julia Posey.
